Choice of juries: 48 lots including 1 sum of 3000 euros with 1 publication in the "Bottin Gourmand - Special Talents Gourmands" + 1 cookbook and 1 Staub casserole (5299 €), 96 lots including 1 sum of 1000 euros with 1 quote in the Bottin Gourmand + 1 cookbook and 1 Zwilling knife "Four Stars" (1912 €) Submit an application file describing your activity: 16 regional juries will each select 9 finalists (3 per category: farmers, artisans and restaurateurs). During the finals (which will take place between the 17/09 and the 15/11) each participant will have to present his farm (for the farmers) or a recipe of cooking. Following the presentations, the juries will award the prizes.
