At the choice of the jury: 1 batch including 1 transfer of 10 000 euros of assistance to the creation of a restaurant with 1 year bottles of water Badoit + 1 support to the creation of company and 1 communication campaign (22500 €) Create a file describing a project to open a restaurant in metropolitan France (for an opening scheduled before 30/04/2019) and explaining your motivations, your career and the progress of the project. A jury will select 4 finalists who will have to travel to Paris 3 times in May and June to present their project and test an ephemeral version of their concept. The jury will designate the winner following all these steps.
